Section T: Tickler Systems Maintained by Housing Agents

• Zero income for entire household: Check back every three months using Household Living Expense Questionnaire (MSHDA 488) and Verification of No Household Income (MSHDA 148).
• The Minor/Spouse/Co-Head turns18.
• Delayed Exterior Repair Agreement (MSHDA 86) for the delayed deadline date (usually June 15).
• Zero HAP situations (copy of MSHDA 25) for the 6-month date identified on the Adjustment Notification.
• Earned Income Disregard Allowance for Disabled for the 12 and 24-month check-back dates.
