• The HA must enter/update all information in Elite as directed in the MSHDA Elite User Manual.
• Enter the Owner/Unit information in Elite.
• Print the Case Data Summary (MSHDA 1344-247). (Refer to Elite Manual for instructions to print the MSHDA-1344-247 )
